Add new people via + Add Staff on the main screen — that's the single entry point that creates both their employee record and (when needed) their sign-in account. This screen is for editing roles of existing users.
These settings control the shift-reminder pushes sent to staff phones. Changes apply on the next scheduled check (within 1 minute).
These coordinates define the geofence used for staff check-in. Staff can only check in when their phone GPS is within the radius of this point.

For each active employee without a sign-in account, generates a placeholder email name@schepkares.local and a random 10-character password. You can edit either before submitting. Forgot-password by email won't work for these accounts — reset passwords from this screen if needed.
Sets a new password for user. Hand the new password to them in person or over messenger — Firebase won't email it.
Changes the sign-in email for user. The employee then logs in with the new email (password stays the same). A real email makes "Forgot password" work for them.
